Meet Kayla

As a mother of two young daughters, I know firsthand how beautiful motherhood can be—and how demanding it can feel.

Like many women, I entered motherhood expecting the sleepless nights and endless responsibilities. What I wasn't prepared for was the invisible weight: the mental load, the constant decision-making, and the challenge of caring for everyone else while quietly setting aside my own well-being.

My own experiences navigating postpartum mental health challenges opened my eyes to just how difficult it can be to find the right support when you need it most. More often than not, the hardest part isn't recognizing that something needs to change—it's having the time, clarity, and capacity to figure out where to begin.

That experience became the foundation of Heartwell.

Why Heartwell

I believe a mother's well-being is one of the most important investments a family can make, yet it is often the first thing sacrificed in the demands of daily life. Through Heartwell, my mission is to help mothers feel more supported, nourished, and cared for in practical, sustainable ways.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, yoga teacher, and advocate for maternal well-being, I help women create meaningful change without adding more pressure to an already full plate. My approach is not about perfection or rigid routines. It is about creating realistic support systems, simplifying what feels overwhelming, and helping mothers reconnect with themselves in the midst of everyday life.

Trusted Support

Through my own motherhood journey, I have built and carefully vetted a trusted network of maternal and family-centered professionals.

I came to recognize that many mothers know they need support but don’t always know what support is available to them. When you're already carrying the mental load of motherhood, researching providers and navigating resources can feel like one more overwhelming task.

From therapists and lactation consultants to pediatric occupational therapists and other specialized providers, I help connect families with resources they can feel confident turning to—removing the burden of endless research and helping them access the right support with greater ease.

Whether through Care Planning, Private Coaching, or restorative practices, my goal is simple: to help mothers feel less overwhelmed, more supported, and better equipped to care for themselves with the same attention they so freely give to everyone else.

I am so glad you’re here.
